By accessing or using ListingAI (r-n-asistan.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users — free tier, Starter subscribers, and Pro subscribers.
ListingAI is an AI-powered product listing generator that creates titles, descriptions, tags, and related content for 15 e-commerce platforms including Amazon (US, UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, JP, CA, AU), Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Kaufland, and Ozon. The service also offers SEO scoring, competitor analysis, photo-to-listing AI, and direct publish to Etsy for Pro users.
ListingAI offers two levels of free access. Without signing up, you can generate 3 listings total using Amazon US or Etsy in English with the Professional tone. After signing in with Google, you receive 10 listings per month across all 15 platforms, 10 languages, and all 5 tones. The free tier is offered at no cost and provides no right to refund, compensation, or service availability guarantees.
ListingAI offers two paid monthly subscriptions. Starter ($9.99/month) includes 100 listings per month, all platforms, languages, tones, photo-to-listing AI, live Etsy market data, competitor analysis, SEO scoring, and history. Pro ($19.99/month) includes everything in Starter plus unlimited listings, direct publish to Etsy, and upcoming features including Morning Report, bulk CSV upload, and SEO Tools dashboard. Features marked 'coming soon' are not guaranteed to be delivered on a specific date.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com) as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment security. You will be charged the subscription fee immediately upon signup and automatically each month on the anniversary of your first charge. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at your next renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle subscription management link in your receipt email, or by contacting us at listingaiapp@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then. There are no cancellation fees.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first payments. See our Refund Policy for full details. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but we review requests within 48 hours of the renewal charge on a case-by-case basis.
You agree to use ListingAI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of service of the platforms where you publish listings (Amazon, Etsy, etc.). You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing, and for compliance with intellectual property laws, truth-in-advertising laws, and platform-specific rules. You may not use ListingAI to generate content that violates any law, infringes intellectual property, or misrepresents products.
All content is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude and Groq LLaMA models) and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, platform compliance, ranking improvement, or sales results. AI may produce factually incorrect, culturally inappropriate, or platform-noncompliant content. You must review all generated content before publishing to your store. You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from publishing AI-generated listings.
You retain ownership of your product information, photos, and other inputs you provide. You own the AI-generated listings produced for you and may use them without restriction. ListingAI retains ownership of the platform, software, algorithms, prompts, and underlying technology. The name 'ListingAI', the logo, and the design of this website are our property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the service.
Pro users can connect their Etsy shop through Etsy's secure OAuth system. We store Etsy access tokens only for the purpose of publishing listings you explicitly approve. We never access your Etsy orders, customer data, or shop settings beyond what is needed to create draft listings. You can disconnect your Etsy shop at any time from the settings page. All Etsy data access complies with Etsy's API Terms of Use.
Free Gmail-signed users and paid subscribers have accounts that store their generated listings, subscription status, and usage counts. We do not sell or share your account data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling. You can request account deletion by contacting listingaiapp@gmail.com.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass usage limits through multiple accounts, VPN rotation, or technical workarounds, (b) use the service to generate content for illegal products or products that violate the target platform's policies, (c) resell ListingAI output as a standalone service, (d) attempt to extract our prompts, access third-party APIs through our interface, or overload our infrastructure, (e) use the service in any way that could cause legal liability for us or other users. Violation may result in account suspension without refund.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ListingAI may experience downtime for maintenance, AI provider outages (Anthropic, Groq), platform API changes (Etsy, Amazon), or other technical issues. Paid subscribers are not entitled to compensation for short-term outages, though we may provide service credit at our discretion for extended disruptions exceeding 48 hours.
ListingAI is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost sales, reputation damage, platform account suspensions, or SEO penalties resulting from use of AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ListingAI, its owners, and operators from any claim, loss, or damages arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or platform terms of service.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of ListingAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with changes, you should stop using the service and request cancellation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by direct communication shall be submitted to the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. EU consumers retain all mandatory rights granted by their local consumer protection laws regardless of this clause.
