ListingAI Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
You may cancel your ListingAI Pro subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the period you have paid for.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first charge. If you are unsatisfied with ListingAI Pro within 7 days of being charged, contact us for a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact us at r-n-asistan.vercel.app/contact with your email address and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused features. Free tier usage does not qualify for refunds as it is provided at no cost.
