ListingAI offers two paid subscriptions: Starter ($9.99/month) and Pro ($19.99/month). Before subscribing, you can try ListingAI for free — 3 listings without signing up, and 10 listings per month after signing in with Google. This lets you evaluate the product before committing to a paid plan.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with ListingAI Starter or Pro within 14 days of your first charge, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to the first payment, not to renewal payments.
Refunds are handled directly by Paddle, our payment provider. You have two ways to request one. First option: use the 'View receipt' or 'Manage subscription' link in the transaction email Paddle sent you at purchase, then select 'Request refund'. Second option: contact us at listingaiapp@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used for purchase. Paddle will process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to all paid features until then. You will not be charged again after cancellation. To cancel, use the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact us and we will cancel it for you.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your first charge. Renewal payments are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. If you forget to cancel before renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. After 48 hours, renewal payments are generally non-refundable, though Paddle may process refunds up to 60 days after the transaction at their discretion.
Partial months are not refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the paid period but no partial refund is issued. Free tier usage (3 listings without signup, 10 listings per month with Google sign-in) is provided at no cost and does not qualify for refunds. Listings you have already generated are yours to keep regardless of refund status.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your transaction. By starting to use ListingAI immediately after purchase (which happens the moment you generate your first paid-tier listing), you acknowledge that you waive this right of withdrawal for the portion of the service already used. This does not affect your rights under our 14-day money-back guarantee, which is more generous than the statutory minimum.
All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com), acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing, tax collection, and refund handling. When you purchase ListingAI, your receipt and payment records will show Paddle as the merchant. Refund requests are ultimately decided by Paddle in accordance with their policies, our refund policy, and applicable law.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first at listingaiapp@gmail.com. Most refund issues can be resolved quickly by email. If you initiate a chargeback, your access to ListingAI may be suspended while the matter is reviewed. Chargebacks without a prior refund request may be disputed by Paddle on our behalf.
